2027 Formula E Calendar

The ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is the world's premier all-electric street racing series, designed to showcase sustainable technology and accelerate the global transition to electric vehicles. Primarily held on temporary circuits in the heart of iconic cities like Tokyo, London, and Monaco, the championship features high-performance electric prototypes (currently the GEN3 Evo) that utilize advanced regenerative braking and rapid-charging capabilities. The series is distinguished by its unique competitive elements, such as "Attack Mode," which requires drivers to take a specific off-line trajectory to unlock temporary power boosts, and a high-stakes "Duel" qualifying format. As the first sport to be certified net-zero carbon from inception, Formula E combines intense, close-quarters racing with a mission of environmental advocacy and automotive innovation.
