2026 F1 Academy Calendar

F1 Academy is an ambitious all-female single-seater racing series founded by Formula 1 to develop and prepare young female drivers for higher levels of competition, such as Formula 3, Formula 2, and ultimately Formula 1. The championship features drivers competing for five elite teams (PREMA Racing, MP Motorsport, Rodin Motorsport, ART Grand Prix, and Campos Racing) with each F1 team nominating one driver and liverying one car in the series. All competitors race identical Tatuus T421 chassis powered by a 174hp turbocharged engine, ensuring a level playing field that highlights pure driving ability. The series races exclusively alongside Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends at iconic tracks like Jeddah, Silverstone, and Austin, providing participants with unparalleled global exposure and professional mentorship. Through its "Discover Your Drive" initiative, F1 Academy also aims to increase female participation across all levels of motorsport, creating a sustainable pipeline for the next generation of female racing stars.
